This was the Mooney VTOL (vertical take off landing) concept design for UBER.  This was meant to be the UBER flight service aircraft that Mooney was designing.  These few sketches were the first concept based on engineering feedback and requirements.   

The first concept, engineers wanted 4 rotors for lift and 1 or 2 in the rear forward thrust

The second concept had rotors for lift in the wings and V tail, with rotor in rear for thrust
